Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments.

Congressional Edge subscriptions are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are paying for immediate access to our platform, data, and features.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — we do not issue partial refunds for unused time.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges due to a billing error on our end
  • Extended service outages lasting more than 72 hours

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
